Maxiplan LLC is a private trading and investment company. It was first established in 1989 as Maxiplan Pty Ltd, incorporated in South Australia. It moved to US in 2003 and became Maxiplan LLC, incorporated in Delaware.

                                           

Maxiplan caters primarily to Professional and Sophisticated Investors as defined in sections 708(8) and 708(11) of the Corporations Act in Australia and equivalent rules and regulations in other countries where Maxiplan conducts business.

The Company undertakes diversified investment operations that are based upon thorough research, providing reasonable safety of principal and offering good return.

In addition the company provides various other financial services as well as specialised services related to trade in commodities and energy to its international clientele.

Furthermore the company is currently in the process of establishing a wholly owned subsidiary, Maxiplan Petroleum Co. (MPC), which will take over all commodities related business from Maxiplan LLC, with exception of financial services, and will be primarily involved in international trade with petroleum products with already established relationships with suppliers as well as traders and distributors. The new company will be headquartered in Sweden, a member of European Union.
