The directors of Maxiplan LLC have managed over 300 properties in Australia valued at over AUD200 Million. The disposal of infrastructure assets of over AUD30 Million, and the development of one of the largest property developments in an Australian City.

Aviation

We have negotiated MOU's, MOC's, NDA's, contract terms and conditions and managed the investment process in over USD2 Billion in aviation infrastructure in China. We have managed aviation infrastructure and projects in the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India and China.

We have negotiated with the management of nearly every major airport and province in China and have developed extremely strong relationships with provincial and central governments and their agencies.

General Infrastructure

We are currently involved in the strategic development of other major infrastructure facilities such as ports, energy generating facilities (including alternatives such as photovoltaics or solar), toll roads and the resource sector throughout North Asia, Russia, South America and Europe.
